How to Install Your Solar Bird Guard (Step-by-Step) Installing our professional-grade aluminium clips is fast and simple. No specialist tools or drilling required!
1. Cut to Size: Measure the gap around your panels and cut the wire mesh to the proper size using wire snips.
2. Bend for Fit: Bend the edge of the mesh to a 45-degree angle. This creates tension and ensures a snug fit against the roof and the panel.
3. Position the Clips: Hook the aluminium J-hook onto the inner lip of the solar panel frame. Pass the long arm of the clip through the mesh.
4. Add the Washer: Slide the UV-stabilised black washer over the arm of the clip until it presses firmly against the mesh.
